Return Policy

You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
If the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received by our warehouse, it will typically take up to 4 weeks to process your refund.
This period includes:

· The return transit time (5–10 business days)
· Our internal processing time (3–5 business days)
· And your bank’s refund processing time (5–10 business days)

To start a return, please log in to your account and check your order under Order History.
Click on the Return Item button for the order you wish to return.
Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email when the refund has been issued.

Please note that some items may have shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and the shipping option you choose.

All shipping costs are rounded up to the next full unit according to our shipping partners’ policies.
