Returns and Refunds

At Intechlegent, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered. The return conditions are as follows:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or incorrect items delivered.

If you wish to return an item, please contact support@intechlegent.co.jp with your order number and photos of the issue.

2. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item is not eligible for a refund, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the item has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer an exchange service. If needed, please request a refund and place a new order.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us for assistance.
