Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please contact our support team before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
